How does my membership show up on my creditcard/phone bill?

It will appear very discretely as "Internet Billing Company". Nothing about sex, adult, Watersport or similar - just "Internet Billing Company".

Who is handling the payment

All payments are handled by "Internet Billing Company, Ltd.". This guarantees an efficient service and your complete confidentiality

How often do you add new material?

We add new material weekly. Sometimes we add new movies, sometimes 250 or so new pictures and sometimes more stories. On average we add 10 stories, 10 movies and 1000 new pictures per month.

Do you have recurring billing on the phone ?

No, it's impossible for us to have recurring billing on the phone. If you want to rejoin our site please call our 900 number again :-)

What if I dont like the pictures etc. Can I get my money back?

We charge you for access to our site - we cant predict if you will like what you find there. We certainly believe that we have one of the finest collections of watersports pictures on the net, but we dont offer refunds if you dont agree with us. To cancel your subscription to thePOOL send email to us and to Ibill at least seven days before the end of your billing period.

Help - My credit card was declined!

Ibill is the company that handles the creditcard transactions for us. Sometimes they just seem to "dislike" certain credit cards for unknown reasons. Just send them an email at customerservice@ibill.com They are very help full. By the way: One of the ways your credit card info is verified is that your street address and zip code are checked. If you have moved recently it sometimes helps to use the old address.
